    • Full Payment Refunds: If full payment was made but no work has commenced, a refund will be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees (if applicable).

b. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery or installation.
